CU*Answers announced that its Mid-Year CEO School event successfully concluded on March 19, 2014 at its Grand Rapids corporate location for credit unions utilizing its CU*BASE^® processing system.

A CU*Answers spokesperson said the unique education opportunity works in tandem with its popular CEO Strategies Week, which is offered annually in November for over 100 credit union CEOs. Although the CEO Strategies Week is offered exclusively to CEOs, the mid-year event is intended to provide valuable information to both CEOs and other senior leaders who may wish to participate.

The one day event was offered free and was taught by Randy Karnes, CU*Answers CEO. During the day, Karnes shared management insights and CU*BASE expertise in a classroom setting. He covered how CU*BASE Dashboards and statistical analysis tools can be used interactively during presentations, how they can be the cornerstone of tracking a business plan throughout the year with a credit union’s management team and its Board of Directors, and how these tools can be used to identify new opportunities.
