CU*Answers, the Grand Rapids, Michigan-based cooperative CUSO, recently completed its first core data processing conversion in the state of Hawaii with its launch of CU*BASE® at Honolulu-based Hawaii Central Federal Credit Union.
Scott Collins, EVP of National Sales and Marketplace Relationships at CU*Answers said: “It seems like just yesterday that we first started talking with Drake (HCFCU President Drake Tanabe) and his team about leveraging our toolset and joining our cooperative, but that was more than a year ago. They went live on February 1st after a very solid effort by both the HCFCU team and our CUSO team. We couldn’t be happier with the success of the project.”
