In 2014 the Lender*VP Collections team at CU*Answers has expanded to two new states and now reaches 10 different states and has heralded 15 clients from those states from $13 to $184 million in assets. The Collections team supports Credit Union clients all over the country by using their experience and working with the Credit Union’s policies.
“This makes us a value add for any Credit Union out there but especially those who do not have dedicated Collections personnel. It allows us to give them the same expertise in their Collections as any other Credit Union no matter the asset size,” noted Jerry Collins the Manager for the Collections team.
The Collections team also offers training for new employees at client Credit Unions to reduce the education time over in house training that pulls employees off their regular . Training can be done at the client site, remotely, or at the CU*Answers site and can be customized or spread out over days or weeks to meet the staffing needs of the Credit Union.
