CU*Answers Client Services & Education Team proving remote support

West-Michigan based cooperative CUSO, CU*Answers, announced that it is continuing to test its remote support capabilities with the addition of another team member. VP of Client Services & Education Laura Welch-Vilker said: “Currently we have one individual working out of Muskegon, and now we have another team member working out of Florida. CU*Answers has worked hard to integrate a video presence into the day-to-day operations. Remote staff can interact with those at our headquarters with little loss to employee experience, and clients get the same high quality service. This is a big benefit for our employees.”
