The West-Michigan based cooperative CUSO, CU*Answers, recently announced that as of November 2019, the Client Services and Education Team has added another client services representative to team. Laura Welch-Vilker, VP of Client Services and Education said, “Alexandria Timm joins us with a background in customer service and over a year’s worth of hands-on CU*BASE experience. We are thrilled to have her join the team.”
