West Michigan-based cooperative CUSO CU*Answers is pleased to announce the Client Services and Education team has added another client services representative to its roster.
Rachel Almaguer has many years of customer service experience and will now offer CU*BASE® software support from the CUSO’s Innovation Center in Las Vegas, NV, where she has been a local resident for 20+ years. She claims that “my favorite part of working customer service is making new connections and building strong relationships.” While she is new to the credit union industry, the team is excited that she has chosen to join while continuing to pursue her bachelor’s degree in psychology.
