CU*Answers Client Services and Education team adds experienced service rep

The West-Michigan based cooperative CUSO, CU*Answers is pleased to announce that as of September 2020, the Client Services and Education team has added another client services representative to team. Autumn French, who has CU*BASE experience from the CU*Answers Lender*VP Collections team and Xtend Call Center, started on September 21st. Laura Welch-Vilker, VP of Client Services and Education said, “Autumn joins us with a background in customer service and almost two year’s worth of hands-on CU*BASE experience. We are excited to have her join the team. She will be a great addition.”
