CU*Answers Client Services and Education boasts big numbers for year-end guide training

The West-Michigan based cooperative CUSO, CU*Answers, recently announced that during the first Year End Processing Guide training in November, 86 participants attended. Over 45 attendees joined the training in the December session. Stephanie Raven, Client Services Team Lead said: “We are happy to see such high attendance for these important year-end educational opportunities. These training events prepare credit unions for the year-end process and are important to ensuring a smooth process.” Credit unions that were unable to attend the training sessions can watch a recording of the training via CU*Answers’ OnDemand website.
