The Client Services and Education Team of cooperative CUSO CU*Answers recently celebrated the retirement of Martha Anderson-Ford who worked as an account executive since 2017. “Martha has been a valued member of the Client Services and Education Team since she joined, cleaning up our guidebooks and best practices, escalation procedures, transition documentation, all while assisting the team with her knowledge and expertise,” said Vice President Laura Welch-Vilker.
Martha has been an active participant in the credit union industry since 1988 joining CU*Answers in 2000. Since 2001, Martha led 97 conversions projects for new clients, start-ups, mergers, and more. While 2020 marks the 50th Year Anniversary for CU*Answers, a West-Michigan based cooperative CUSO, it’s the hard work and dedication of employees like Martha that have helped the CUSO remain competitive in the credit union industry.
