West Michigan-based cooperative CUSO CU*Answers recently celebrated launching a mobile app for its 300th credit union client. In 2015, CU*Answers first announced the introduction of a new mobile application development team. Over the years, the teams has grown and evolved into the Mobile Technologies Group (MTG) known today whose Mobile App 6.0 has been extremely well received.
Vice President of MTG Kristian Daniel said, “It has been a great experience working with 300 credit unions to launch their mobile app to app stores. I like to think of MTG as a factory of publishing mobile apps. Each new version of our mobile app requires redeployment to the app stores, and we have become quite effective at it.”
Over 70% of those credit unions using CU*Answers’ mobile app have also subscribed to IM247 Mobile, which puts the power of mobile management directly in the hands of the credit union. Users can update advertisements, button links, content, and much more. The credit union can also view analytics on their mobile app including the number of downloads, popular times, as well as click rates of their homepage advertisements.
