CU*Answers, a West Michigan credit union service organization, recently announced their Healthy Workforce initiative, a voluntary program that encourages employees to engage in healthy behaviors by balancing nutrition, physical activity, and emotional well-being. CU*Answers hosted a Healthy Workforce kick-off earlier this year attended by over 50 employees. In addition, around 60 employees are actively participating in the healthy weight program which offers rewards for progress towards their weight goals. Yoga sessions and walking groups have also sprung up since this kick-off. The 100% credit union-owned CUSO is building a healthier workforce with each step it takes!
