CU*Answers boot camp participants get early access to data warehouse from Asterisk Intelligence

Fourteen participants of CU*Answers’ What Makes Data Valuable Boot Camp program are currently benefiting from early access to yet another data management project in development at the CUSO. The Asterisk Intelligence team from CU*Answers is working on the creation of a native data warehouse solution in the CU*BASE® core and has opened the product for beta-testing by each of the participants in this year’s boot camp.

Several tools have been developed for managing the intake, management, and export of data from this new data warehouse environment. As the beta testers use each tool they will report any defects or opinions about the user experience to Asterisk Intelligence.

The collaborative review and testing process will continue over the upcoming months. Several rounds of feedback and clarifying documentation have already been processed as a result of this process. Once the data warehouse product is available for purchase, the boot camp participants will continue to enjoy free access for a period in appreciation of their assistance in the development process.

Meanwhile, Asterisk Intelligence continues to develop technical documentation and educational resources to support an upcoming product launch of the data warehouse solution.
