CU*Answers, the 100% credit union-owned cooperative CUSO, recently announced the winners to its “My Favorite Things” contest, which was open to credit unions utilizing its core processing platform, CU*BASE^®. In preparation for the final implementation of a large-scale programming effort to revamp the appearance of CU*BASE, the CUSO opened the contest to beta-testing credit unions to list all of their favorite features of the new and improved system.

The response was overwhelming as first place winner Service 1 Federal Credit Union submitted a whopping sixty eight reasons for why they love the new version. Feedback was so positive that CU*Answers awarded a cash prize to five other credit unions for the contributions. The CUSO added that it expects all credit unions on its system to be converted to the new look by the end of February.
