The CU*Answers SettleMINT EFT team converted 1,858 credit card loans for Pathways Financial Credit Union to CU*BASE’s online credit card platform. This conversion brings over the Incenta portfolio that Pathways acquired in their merger, and combined with their current online portfolio, brings their total portfolio to almost 9,000 credit card loans. “Pathways continues to bring their credit cards online with CU*Answers because they see the benefits of having the cards within the core; quicker access to member’s information, in-house promotions, easier payment and disbursement options for members, and a myriad of analytical information at the credit union’s finger-tips,” says Chase Johnson, SettleMINT EFT Account Executive.
