CU*Answers assists Ingersoll-Rand FCU in converting credit card portfolio to CU*BASE

The CU*Answers Cards & Payments team converted 625 credit card loans for Ingersoll-Rand FCU to CU*BASE online credit card platform. Ingersoll-Rand FCU, located in Sayre, PA brought their credit card portfolio in-house. “There are many upsides for credit unions moving their credit cards into CU*BASE,” said Nick Olchowski, Project Specialist on the Cards & Payments team. “Their members can now view credit card transactions in online banking, make real-time payments, cash advances, and balance transfers.”
