The CU*Answers Cards & Payments team converted 1,479 credit card loans for Polish-American FCU to CBX online credit card platform. Polish-American FCU, located in Troy, MI brought their credit card portfolio in-house. “There are many upsides for credit unions moving their credit cards into CBX for both member and CU staff. Their members can now view credit card transactions in online banking, make real-time payments, cash advances, and balance transfers. Staff can now originate and service credit card loans all within the core system,” said Nick Olchowski, Project Specialist on the Cards & Payments team.
