CU*Answers, the West Michigan-based cooperative CUSO, is pleased to announce that since the beginning of the calendar year, they have offered nearly 80 training opportunities for their clients. “We love the participation that we get from our clients for these events states Laura Welch-Vilker, VP of Client Services and Education. ‘We also take advantage of these classes internally as we continue to cross train and gear staff members to be subject matter experts.”  Welch-Vilker adds “We have also hosted just shy of 50 individual training sessions based on client requests and look forward to all of the classes that we have scheduled for the remainder of the year, especially the classroom events that give us face time with our clients.”
