CU*Answers Announces Targeted Scoring Dashboard

CU*Answers, the 100% credit union-owned, cooperative data processing CUSO, announced it is enhancing its CU*BASE® core data processing platform with a new Targeted Tiered Services Dashboard to help credit union managers evaluate segments of members. The dashboard is part of the 13.2 release, slated for October.

“The Targeted Tiered Services Dashboard allows our credit unions to dig deeper into the data they already own to better serve their membership,” said Scott Page, EVP of CU*Answers. “Managers will be able to determine which branch has the most platinum members, for example, evaluate how self-service members compare against traditional members who visit branches, and much more. This is, as always, a free update to the CU*BASE platform, and only one of over twenty enhancements our credit unions will receive with this release at no additional cost,” he continued. “This is another example of the commitment CU*Answers has made to its credit unions to help them use their data to make meaningful business decisions.”
