CU*Answers is celebrating another University Week! CU*Answers shows its commitment to ongoing client training by hosting University Weeks, which consist of a variety of web conferences and classroom courses condensed into a week-long period (Monday through Friday). The Spring University Week is in full swing, kicking off yesterday, April 11, with a web conference aimed to improve member relationships using CU*BASE® cross sales and sales trackers. Throughout the week, certified trainers will provide valuable information in multiple areas of credit union business, including classes covering accounting, security, management, lending, collections, and risk management topics. A variety of class styles and topics are offered each day until Friday, April 15. Web conference classes are charged the standard rate of $20/half hour connection, while in-person courses are free of charge.

Two additional University Weeks scheduled for the remainder of 2016 and will occur September 19-23 and October 24-28.
