With the recent 11.0 CU*BASE release enhancement, CU*Answers announced the addition of a single sign-on for ProDOC and CU*BASE. ProDOC is the interface used with CU*BASE to capture electronic photo IDs as well as to retrieve the ID image when users select the Verify ID button during the member transaction process.

According to the CUSO, CU*BASE now allows users to activate the ProDOC auto-launch feature from their Favorites menu to initiate the automatic launch and sign-on with CU*BASE, which will streamline teller and member service transactions.
