CU*Answers, the 100% credit union-owned, data processing CUSO, recently announced their plans to rebrand the Monthly Monitor Recap document. The Monthly Monitor Recap, which was published to the CU*Answers website at the start of each month, detailed various feature projects including vendor enhancements, changes to CU*BASE and other core software products. In late 2019, discussions were held about rebranding the Monthly Monitor Recap to align with CU*Answers’ Owner’s View, as this would more accurately reflect the input and feedback that CU*Answers’ owners share in the development of new projects and updates.

On January 21, 2020, CU*Answers sent out an announcement to network credit unions that the December 2019 edition of the Monthly Monitor Recap would be the final installment of the document, and that it would be replaced with the Owner’s View Monthly Recap thereafter. The first installment of the Owner’s View Monthly Recap is scheduled to be delivered to network credit unions in early February and will detail projects and upgrades implemented throughout the month of January.
