The West-Michigan based cooperative CUSO, CU*Answers, is now using their state of the art high availability data center in Muskegon, Michigan as a second location for Client Service staff.  “With all the technology we have, remote team members can function in the same capacity as they can out of our Grand Rapids location”, states Laura Welch-Vilker, VP of Client Service and Education.  “Having staff work out of the Muskegon office is also a step in our DR/Contingency planning, comments Welch-Vilker. CU*Answers continues to look for opportunities that benefit the direction of the organization, while also providing opportunities for team members.
