CU*Answers announces Client News figures for first half of the 2018 calendar year

CU*Answers, the 100% credit union-owned data processing CUSO, recently determined the sixth month average send rate for Client News emails sent from January 1 through June 30 of 2018. In total, CU*Answers sent out 428 Client News emails. 329 of those emails highlighted the various departments, products and events hosted by CU*Answers, while the remaining 99 were Xtend emails that were handled by CU*Answers.

June saw the lowest total number of emails sent out at 58, while May saw the highest total at 83. The average send rate for the total number of emails sent out was 71.3 – this was an increase from the 2017 average send rate of 51 emails, as well as the 2016 average send rate of 38.3 emails (over the same six-month period).

Breaking these figures down by their respective companies, the highest number of emails sent by CU*Answers were found to have also occurred in May at 66. Meanwhile, the lowest number of emails were exhibited in January at 45. CU*Answers’ average send rate for Client News items was 54.83. Xtend’s highest send rate occurred in February with 21 emails sent, while their lowest send rate occurred in June with only 7 Client News emails sent out. The monthly average for Xtend’s Client News emails was 16.5.
