The West-Michigan based cooperative CUSO, CU*Answers is pleased to announce that they are offering a new training tool for their clients, the CU*BASE Custom Training Edition (CTE).  “The CTE is a copy of the credit union’s live data, carried over to a training environment”, stated Laura Welch-Vilker, VP of Client Services and Education.  Welch-Vilker added, “Our clients have always had access to a generic training environment, but now with the CTE, they can train their team members using their specific products, services and processes. We now have three clients taking advantage of the CTE, and hope to see more come on board as they see the benefits of this offering.”
