CU*Answers, the 100% credit union-owned, data processing CUSO, recently determined the sixth month average send rate for Client News emails sent from July 1 through December 31, 2021. In total, CU*Answers sent out 354, an increase of 6 from the 348 Client News items sent out during the same time frame in 2020.

August saw the lowest total number of emails sent out, at 49, while November saw the highest total, at 73. The average send rate for the total number of emails sent per month in the second half of 2021 was 59 – a slight increase from the 2020 average send rate of 58 emails (over the same six-month period).
