CU*Answers, the Grand Rapids, Michigan-based cooperative CUSO announced several exciting enhancements to the “Where Your Members Shop” dashboard available to every client utilizing its CU*BASE^® processing system.

Clients have previously used this data mining tool to view where members use their ATM, debit, and credit cards. Per this enhancement, clients will now be able to also see where members are performing ACH withdrawals the most.

CU*Answers said this new offering includes two new inquiry tools. Now when selecting a merchant to see a listing of individuals, clients are able to select an individual to view their activity summary. This new dashboard will also display a side-by-side comparison of the member with the entire membership, to see how their shopping habits compare. Clients may even drill down on a single line (i.e. ACH transactions) to see all activity of that type for that member during the previous month!

Other enhancements include:

• Select merchants can be excluded from results—similar to the ability to exclude creditors in the “Credit Report Data Mining” menu option.
• ACH transactions will display an extended description instead of the transaction location.
• Users will be able to perform all Common Bond analyses, including credit history trending.
