CU*Answers, the cooperative CUSO headquartered in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and fellow core data processing system provider, Electronic Recordkeeping Services, recently co-hosted a networking reception for credit unions that were attending the Indiana Credit Union League Annual Convention in Indianapolis.
Scott Collins, Executive Vice President of National Sales and Marketplace Relationships at CU*Answers said, “This summer we announced that we would be partnering with ERS to help any of their remaining core customers transition to our CU*BASE core data processing suite in preparation for ERS shutting down their system at the end of 2022. When the ICUL announced that they were once again having an in-person Convention, both our teams felt it would be an excellent opportunity to answer any questions the credit unions might have and get to know each other. It was also great to have a couple members of the ERS team join us at our booth during the trade show.”
Collins continued, “More than anything, our message to ERS clients is that cooperatives working together can be a very powerful value proposition. Our cooperative is the only one in the industry that combines a deep and wide software suite with staffing resources that can help credit unions survive and thrive.”
