West Michigan-based data processing CUSO, CU*Answers, announced it has added new topics to the “Show Me the Steps” data processing training tool. The company stated the “Show Me the Steps” tool is available for all clients that use the flagship data processing platform, CU*BASE^®. The training series allows credit union staff to learn the specific steps in order to perform a particular process on the CU*BASE system. The CUSO added new training criteria for ACH Company ID Distribution Records as well as other Back Office step-by-step instructions.

CU*Answers went on to say the “Show Me the Steps” series is a companion of the CU*BASE Online Help system and is available at no extra cost to all CU*BASE clients. The CUSO has dedicated technical writing staff to update the Online Help system as well as the “Show Me the Steps” tool, making sure the information that is being displayed to clients is always current.
