In the past year, the CU*Answers EFT Programming team has worked diligently to add new options for credit unions in the market for new or expanded EFT vendors. In September 2020, the team rolled out the Payments One debit card platform with Transfund. In November, the team worked to provide access to Fiserv’s credit card program with great success. In April 2021, CU*Answers successfully converted a credit union to FIS Payments One debit card platform.

Looking forward to May 2021, the EFT Programming team is ready to assist a credit union in converting their credit cards to FIS Payments One platform as well. With four new EFT platforms in the EFT toolbox, the programming and EFT service teams are excited to provide fresh options that can help meet a credit unions’ unique ATM, debit, and credit card needs.
