West Michigan-based cooperative CUSO CU*Answers is pleased to prepare a new Custom Training Edition (CTE) for Illinois Community Credit Union.

CTE copies a credit union’s live data to a training environment for staff both to train and extend their learning. CTEs distinguish themselves from Bedrock Community Credit Union, the general training environment CU*Answers offers its clients, by giving team members access to the exact tools their financial institutions use daily. “At twenty-one CTE users and counting,” said VP Laura Welch-Vilker, “we are excited to expand as credit unions realize the power of this program.” Learn more about the Custom Training Edition from the CU*Answers website.
