Your credit union is pulling credit reports for loan applications every day, but what are you doing with all that information? CU*Answers, the West Michigan-based cooperative CUSO, has answered this question with the addition of its newest CU*BASE^® analysis dashboard—the Credit Score History Analysis.

The new tool, which was added free of charge with the recent 14.0 release of CU*BASE, gives credit unions an opportunity to create a segment of its member and non-member population to contact based on credit score history, and allows them to analyze the entire credit report portfolio to see score trends, conversion rate to new loans, and more. The dashboard is more than just informational, however. It doubles as a marketing tool, making it easy for credit unions to identify individuals and easily contact them via a number of methods.
