CU*Answers recently added thirty new written topics and ten new videos to its “Show Me the Steps” site, which includes instructional documentation on CU*BASE^®, the CUSO’s core-processing software. From printing a loan payoff statement to overriding a frozen account, the new topics and videos cover a wide range of instructions. Once a help system with just a few topics, the Show Me the Steps site has grown to now include nearly 600 topics and 200 videos. New CU*Answers clients who are unfamiliar with CU*BASE find Show Me the Steps useful in gaining a better understanding of CU*BASE.
