December saw the addition of another new client for the Lender*VP Collections team at CU*Answers. The Michigan-based credit union has been looking for options to improve collection efforts while maintaining quality and control. “Control is one of the many benefits clients get when using Lender*VP for collections,” said Jerry Collins, collections manager. “We follow the credit union’s rules as we work for them. We are not trying to force our way into their business and change what they do. We are offering experience and consistency that many places cannot provide internally.”
