CU*Answers, the 100% credit union-owned cooperative CUSO, recently announced that it has added seven new topics to its Show Me the Steps online help system. The free-to-use system provides credit unions on its CU*BASE^® core processing platform with detailed instructions on how to complete various tasks on the core platform. New topics include: attaching a loan to an existing escrow account, releasing miscellaneous secured funds held, running a QualiFile risk assessment scan, and more.

Since its inception, Show Me the Steps has quickly grown to be a robust and valuable asset to new and long-standing CU*Answers client credit unions alike. The resource’s success has largely been a result of the CUSO network’s positive reaction and enthusiasm on developing the platform even further. Credit union staff members are encouraged to write and submit their own step-by-step instructions which are adopted into the online resource.
