CU*Answers adds member employment to the new membership workflow

CU*Answers, the Grand Rapids, Michigan-based core data processing CUSO, has enhanced the new membership workflow option. CU*Answers credit unions were looking for an easier way to gather a member’s employment information to assist with monitoring members with high-risk occupations. With the 19.10 CU*BASE® core data processing release, users can now update employer information as part of the new membership workflow.

By activating the feature, a new “Household Employer Update” screen will appear to allow users to enter a single employment record into the employer database. The household database will then be updated with the information entered on this screen.
