CU*Answers has recently announced it has added Fifth Third Processing Solutions (FTPS) to its list of supported vendors for online credit card processing with CU*BASE.

Previous to this addition, only CU*BASE credit unions utilizing FIS, One-Bridge or PEMCO had been able to have online credit card processing on the CU*BASE core data processing system. According to the CUSO, credit unions utilizing online credit card processing on the system have the ability to create 2,997 promotional buckets that may be used to run special promos for their membership. Also it gives the member the ability to view transaction history online via It’s Me 247 online banking, just as they are able to with any of their regular credit union accounts.
