CU*Answers, the 100% credit union-owned data processing CUSO, is adding the ability to open and issue new ATM/debit cards to the new member account opening workflow. This new, optional feature will allow credit union member service and EFT teams to combine forces to complete even more of new membership or new account processing within one single workflow. Once turned on in workflow controls, MSRs will have the option to open any needed sub-accounts, then use this new button to jump straight to the ATM/debit card ordering process.
