CU*Answers has recently announced that since this time last year, it has welcomed 11 new owners to its cooperative family, its biggest gain during the same time period since 1999-2000, bringing its total shareholders to 94 credit unions across the US.

According to the West Michigan provider of core data processing and other services for credit unions, while ownership is not a requirement, more than 60% of its clients have opted to become stakeholders.

CU*Answers also said that its cuasterisk.com network partner, CU*NorthWest and regional provider of CU*BASE, also boasts 12 credit union owners. These two CUSOs combined represent 106 credit union owners located in 15 different states.
