Xtend, Inc., the Grand Rapids, Michigan-based multi-owned cooperative CUSO, announced that it has completed a two-week engagement that provided Battle Creek, Michigan-based Post Community Credit Union with inbound member service assistance from its Xtension Contact Center. The credit union enlisted the CUSO to help field inbound member service calls while its internal teams focused on executing a core data processing conversion. Following the two-week engagement, member service calls were transitioned back to credit union team.
Xtend Call Center Manager Luis Bedevia called the project “seamless” and “something that my team gets excited about because they are helping a new partner join the CU*BASE® family.” CU*BASE is the core data processing suite from CU*Answers, Inc., a Grand Rapids, Michigan based cooperative CUSO.
“This is the fifth core conversion support project that our team has been involved in during the past three months,” Bedevia noted. “Our teams gets pretty fired about it because they know that these new credit unions will be our partners for a decade or longer. The credit union gets exposed to our team as a valued resource, and our team gets to help members get started with some great new online banking tools. It’s really a win-win in our eyes.”
The CUSO is also providing ninety days of back office support for the credit union team as another value added service.
