West Michigan-based cooperative CUSO, CU*Answers, recently published its Monthly Monitor Recap to its website, providing all clients with an itemized review of the month’s programming efforts. The documentation series is meant to keep interested clients apprised or the core data processor’s programming activity, and to illustrate the CUSO’s responsiveness to the needs of its clients.

A CU*Answers representative added, “A majority of our projects hatch from the input of our clients. Each credit union is a part of the collaborative network, and even though we’re undertaking one of our biggest projects in company history, we will continue to implement a significant amount of programming each month to meet the needs of our clients.”

The representative continued to note that the Monthly Monitor Recap is designed to keep credit unions informed on an ongoing basis of feature improvements, vendor enhancements, and other changes to CU*BASE^® and accompanying core software products. The third edition of the newsletter is available on CU*Answers’ website.
