Community West Credit Union partnered with Xtend to launch a New Member Onboarding Journey. Dana Kapasla, Community West’s Vice President of Marketing, wanted to make sure they were reaching out and supporting their newest members.

Xtend’s New Member Onboarding Journeys welcomes new members and shares essential information about a credit union’s products and services within the first 90 days of membership.
