Over the course of the last two weeks, the CommStar Credit Union team worked with CU*Answers’ Earnings Edge team to help them analyze where their members live in correlation with their physical branch and ATM locations. This allowed CommStar to visually digest where their members’ residential addresses are and set the stage for future initiatives that the credit union has planned. Erin Beese, marketing and communications coordinator for CommStar Credit Union stated, “As we look to work with our management team and board of directors for future planning, we knew that we had to visually see where our members are in correlation with our existing locations. The Earnings Edge team provided us with ten visual images of where our members reside compared with our existing locations, and we are excited to share these images with our management team and board of directors.”
