The 2019 second quarter collections roundtable session offered by CU*Answers was another hit. Now offering a morning and afternoon session, over 60 people were in attendance. The splitting of the sessions resulted in a larger overall attendance and more engaged small group conversations in the sessions. “We utilize a very open forum when attending this roundtable,” said Collections Manager Jerry Collins. “All subjects are open. I rely on the attendees to bring in most of the subject matter. This allows them to participate and improves attendance.”

“The feedback we get from people is that they prefer this method. Occasionally we have speakers like the Secret Service or attorneys, but most sessions are just open forum,” continued Jerry.
