Collections clients increase 35% over last six months for CU*Answers

The Lender*VP Collections team announced that it has increased the number of clients it serves nationwide by 35% since February. “It has been a fun and wild time getting all these new clients on board and getting support staff to handle the volumes,” said Jerry Collins, collections manager. “The word is really getting out about the value my team can offer credit unions, whether that means stepping in temporarily to help get collections work under control or taking over completely for the credit union.”

CU*Answers has been offering this service since 2007 when it was just one client and one employee. Since then, the team has grown to fourteen employees and twenty-three clients from Maine to California. For more information, visit their website.
