Client Services and Education Team introduce three credit unions to CU*BASE system

The West-Michigan based cooperative CUSO, CU*Answers, is pleased to announce that the Client Services and Education team has helped welcome three new credit unions into the CU*BASE processing system in the 2020 calendar year; Santee Cooper CU, Ingersoll-Rand FCU, and TLCU Financial. The team has invested over 340 hours into teaching various classes designed to prepare credit union staff for using and navigating the CU*BASE GOLD system.

Trainer Jenn Baker worked with all three of the credit unions and says of the experience, “It was a pleasure. They helped me excel in training and it was such a unique experience to be one-on-one or one-on-three, -four, or -five with their staff and be able to share the knowledge I have learned in CU*BASE.”

The Client Services and Education team is in the process of training yet another credit union; AllWealth FCU is set for a conversion at the beginning of June 2020.

“I am always so excited to train credit unions, especially as they go through the onboarding process with us,” says trainer Monica Boguszewski. “It is wonderful to see the progression as they get hands on experience during training.”
