Client Services and Education team adds more talent

The West-Michigan based cooperative CUSO, CU*Answers is pleased to announce that as of April 2018, Monica Fulgenzi, formerly with their SettleMINT team has joined the Client Services and Education team. In addition, as of May 2018, Jason Reed, formerly with their Quality Control team has also joined the Client Services and Education team.

Laura Welch-Vilker, VP of Client Services and Education, gives some background on both new team members: “Monica comes to the team with extensive knowledge in credit and debit card processing and configurations, as well as bill pay and shared branching. Coming from our Quality Control team, Jason brings great knowledge as it relates to online and mobile banking, check ordering, account to account and person to person transfers as well as check images.”

Monica and Jason have been with CU*Answers for a combined 10 years.
