West Michigan-based cooperative CUSO CU*Answers is pleased to announce that the Client Services and Education Team has added another client services representative to the team and filled an open receptionist/administrative assistant position.
The newest client services representative, Brendan Lindsey, joins the team with several years of customer service experience as well as some banking experience as a teller/cashier. Kasey Hawkins, Assistant Manager of Client Services and Education, said, “We are excited to have Brendan join the 2nd shift (3 PM – midnight ET) in preparation for our 2021 West Coast Conversions based in Hawaii and California.”
Laura Welch-Vilker, VP of Client Services and Education added, “Jenna Michael has been hired in to fill our receptionist/administrative assistant position at our 28th Street location. We are excited to have her join the team. She has proven to be a fast learner in just her first week on the job.”
