The West-Michigan based cooperative CUSO, CU*Answers, recently announced that the Client Services and Education Team will add another client services representative to the team. Jaclyn McDonald, formerly with Client Services & Education as receptionist/administrative assistant, will join the team as a full representative. The Client Services and Education team has also hired Danata Paulino as the new receptionist/administrative assistant. “We look forward to how the new additions will strengthen the team,” said Vice President Laura Welch-Vilker.
