In the summer of 2019, Cincinnati Ohio Police Credit Union tapped into the expertise of the Earnings Edge team to work with them on developing a robust cross sales initiative with their staff. The Cincinnati Ohio Police Credit Union team was looking to provide their staff with more options for tracking, referring, and finalizing the sale of various credit union products and services. The Earnings Edge team was enlisted to help them not only configure the CU*BASE cross sales toolkit, but also to help the team understand where the opportunity may exist. Once opportunities were identified, the credit union also enlisted the Earnings Edge team to help them configure their Next Suggested Product toolkit, that ensured the staff had the visual stimuli to initiate an ice breaker conversation with members. Through the initial campaigns, the credit union was able to increase their eStatement penetration and Bill Pay penetration to all-time highs.
