Chatter Yak! Celebrates Anniversary of Social Media Chats™

Chatter Yak!, the Oshkosh, Wisconsin-based CUSO specializing in marketing, social media, website development and branding, celebrated the first anniversary of its popular and informative webinar series, Social Media Chats.

Social Media Chats were created by Chatter Yak to navigate the ever-changing, often unchartered waters of social media. The live webinars are designed for credit unions of all sizes and cover everything from analytics, content creation and curation, compliance, engagement, campaigns, insights, best practices and much more, twice monthly. Subscribers have the option of attending one of two time slots for each session, making the product offering more accommodating for busy credit union marketers.

What’s unique about the format of Chatter Yak’s Social Media Chats is that each webinar concludes with an interactive Q&A where participants obtain answers to questions and take part in discussions. Subscribers feel this interactive and collaborative format is most helpful as it offers them an opportunity to not only learn from the moderators, but also from the nearly eighty credit union employees who participate. A Social Media Chat archive allows those unable to attend to listen to the recorded sessions and to follow along with a set of printable notes.

Credit unions who wish to participate in Chatter Yak’s Social Media Chats purchase affordable subscriptions to this service. Subscriptions to this service are priced at $100/mo. Due to a generous subsidy provided by CU*Answers, Verve, a Credit Union, and Chatter Yak, pricing for clients of partners in the cuasterisk.com network has been reduced to $25/mo. This subsidy is only available to those who subscribe prior to 12/31/15, therefore, it is advised that interested credit unions act now.
